无法打开Jupyter笔记本

Question

一切正常，直到我尝试使用以下行安装facebook先知：conda install -c conda-forge fbprophet。之后，我不再能够从终端打开jupyter笔记本。

我已经尝试卸载并安装回pyzmq，但无济于事。

我收到以下消息：
