无法在ActionMailer Web预览中打开附件

Question

RoR 4.2.11.1 ActionMailer上的问题。我无法在ActionMailer Web预览中打开附加到电子邮件的excel文件。不知道Rails 4.2.11中的ActionMailer是否允许这样做。电子邮件生成正确-附件使用base64编码，我已经在日志中检查了此电子邮件。附件部分的标题下面：

知道为什么吗？我敢肯定，在Rails 5和更高版本中，ActionMailer预览会生成带有可以打开的附件的预览。
