这里是Twilio开发人员的传播者。

要在连接之前将消息添加到接收方的呼叫中，称为call whisper，则需要添加url attribute to your <Number> TwiML。

当该人接听电话时，该属性中的URL将收到一个Webhook。将TwiML返回请求，然后在连接之前将TwiML播放给电话上的人。

在您的PHP中，这看起来像：
