我正在尝试使用itext在注释上编写内容。但是重叠内容仅在注释下方显示。另外我也不想删除注释。

PdfReader.removeAnnotations();

我喜欢覆盖注释，或者需要使注释固定。

over = stamp.getOverContent(pageNumber);

getOverContent将内容写在注释下。
