在Windows 10中通过Windows任务计划程序启动任务时访问被拒绝

我已经为Windows任务计划程序实现了COM Action处理程序。在Windows 7中一切正常，但是在Windows 10中，我们收到错误0x80070005（访问被拒绝）。

我不知道错过了哪个权限？

注意：这种情况仅在S4U模式下可见。

我的任务定义如下：
