是的，4.2与Debian的Jessie（“ oldoldstable”）打包在一起，正如您所看到的，它确实很旧。我建议手动安装较新的版本（我们在https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/setup.html上有说明）。我相信Jessie附带了PHP 5.6，这意味着phpMyAdmin 4.9.5可以工作。
