JPA规范中是否有描述有效@Embeddable类的内容？我看了但找不到任何东西。

JPA 2.0 Specification表示可嵌入类必须遵守为实体规定的相同要求。这些要求在说明书的第2.1节中说明，并且声明：

实体类必须具有无参数构造函数。它也可能有其他构造函数。 no-arg构造函数必须是公共的或受保护的。

实体类必须是顶级类。枚举或接口一定不能   指定为实体。

实体类不能是最终的。实体类的任何方法或持久性实例变量都不是最终的。

因此，我认为影响你的是可嵌入类不是顶级类，加上它是私有的。

你可能想尝试一下。即使这不是原因，您也可以考虑遵循标准的建议，否则，您无法保证您的代码符合它。

这可能更依赖于底层impl如何加载Embeddable类而不是其他任何类。查看EclipseLink 2.0.0的代码（找不到您的版本的src），它表明NPE来自关于该类的元数据。
