解决合并冲突工具栏未在VS Code中显示

我正在使用最新版本的VS Code，并执行了git stash，git pull，git stash apply。通常，当存在合并冲突时，我可以看到this toolbar来解决它们（Accept incoming等），但是这次工具栏不存在。这是一个错误，还是只是现在需要手动启用的功能？
