所以我终于找到了解决方案。这是由于Heroku使用的buildpack。 Heroku曾经使用“ Create React App”构建包，但现在它默认使用“ nodejs” buildpack，即使对于静态React应用程序也是如此。因此，这是解决此问题的方法：

如果您已经在heroku上部署了应用程序并想修复

  • 登录到Heroku Web
  • 转到设置
  • 在构建包下，单击添加构建包
  • 复制并粘贴以下网址：https://buildpack-registry.s3.amazonaws.com/buildpacks/mars/create-react-app.tgz
  • 点击保存更改
  • 现在再次部署您的应用程序（进行一些小的更改并推送更新，而不要像以前那样推送完全相同的代码），新的buildpack将使其正常工作
  • 您的应用已可以使用！
