我有只能由Vpn使用的Remote Gitlab，我有标签“ Dash”
这就是我使用gitlab运行器注册表的方式
cd C:\GitLab-Runner
.\gitlab-runner.exe register
并且我已经输入了所有凭据Url和Token Description标签，但是在标签上却给了我这个错误
ERROR: Registering runner... failed runner=4v-S23-t status=500 Internal Server Error
PANIC: Failed to register this runner. Perhaps you are having network problems
