浏览器何时发送“if-match”和“if-unmodified-since”标头？

我已经知道，如果服务器以“etag”和“last-modified”标头响应，浏览器会发送“if-none-match”和“if-modified-since”http标头。但是“if-match”和“if-unmodified-since”呢？浏览器甚至发送它们还是我应该使用类似 fetch 的 api 手动发送它们？
