我尝试使用WebPICmdLine.exe安装SQLExpress超过3个小时。但它不是安装SQL。我附上了日志消息。 是否有任何先决条件要安装？

这似乎是SQLExpress命令行安装的一个已知问题。基于这种交换（http://forums.iis.net/t/1177882.aspx），截至今年5月，似乎正在就此问题开展工作，但没有解决方案。

编辑：如果您愿意接受整个SQL Management Studio，那么这可行：

WebpiCmdLine.exe /Products:SQLExpressManagementStudio /AcceptEula
