尝试仅使用notificationManager.notify(1,notification);次

如：

int lastProgressUpdate=0;
while(...)
{
    if(progress%5==0 && progress!=lastProgressUpdate)
    {

         notificationManager.notify(1,notification);
         lastProgressUpdate=progress;
    }
}
