Phidg​​et RFID未附加（ANDROID和PHIDGET）

Question

我目前在Eclipse中遇到问题，即使我的Phidg​​et RFID已连接到设备（模拟器）没有，我已经在普通的Java类中运行它，这与非Android相关并且它可以工作。我已经重启了很多次。

使用Phidg​​et WebService我将open()更改为open(IP,PORT)。工作得很好。
