Tim的原始代码不起作用的原因是因为指向low_level_keyboard_proc的ctypes函数指针被垃圾收集,因此他的回调变得无效并且没有被调用。它只是默默地失败了。

Windows不保留Python指针,因此我们需要单独保留对传递给SetWindowsHookEx的精确callback_decl(callback) ctypes函数指针参数的引用。

我没有特别尝试使用Python,但是,应该可以使用低级键盘或鼠标钩子。对于其他钩子类型,钩子函数必须在dll中。

HOOK_ACTION应为0,而不是13。
