将数据标签添加到闪避（分组的）条形图中

我是Bokeh和Python的新手。我终于创建了一个分组的条形图，但是无法将数据标签添加到相应的条形图。如下面的屏幕截图所示，所有3个数据标签都堆叠在一个条形上。
